Lotus: 'Still plenty of work to do'

Lotus deputy team principal Federico Gastaldi says the Enstone-based outfit heads to the third round of the 2014 season in Bahrain still with 'plenty of work to do.' Romain Grosjean registered the first race finish for the team's Lotus E22 at last weekend's Malaysian Grand Prix, but his team-mate Pastor Maldonado retired with a turbo problem. Despite the on-going reliability issues, Gastaldi believes they are making good progress and says motivation within the team is stronger than ever.
