Ecclestone confirms two teams to join F1 grid in 2015

Bernie Ecclestone in Bahrain Formula 1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone has confirmed that two new Formula 1 teams are likely to join the grid starting in 2015. Ecclestone told media in Bahrain that FIA president Jean Todt backs the plan to allow two more teams to be included at the pinnacle of the sport. NASCAR team owner Gene Haas appears to be almost a certainty to join the F1 ranks, while it is being speculated that former F1 team principal and sportscar team owner Colin Kolles is vying for the second team slot.
