McLaren dispute Red Bull aero appointment

– McLaren has questioned Red Bull's appointment of Dan Fallows as its new Head of Aerodynamics. The reigning World Champions released a statement on Wednesday confirming that Fallows, who had been a long-time team member before leaving for a short period last year, has taken up the role with immediate effect. But speaking in a McLaren-Mercedes telephone conference, McLaren Racing Director Eric Boullier commented: "Dan Fallows has a legally binding contract with McLaren and the matter is now in the hands of our lawyers." Prior to Fallows being announced at Red Bull, McLaren re-signed Peter Prodromou from the outfit.
