Both Massa and Smedley have moved to Williams this year after eight years working together as driver and race engineer at Ferrari. Smedley believes Massa is in a better state of mind since switching teams and is performing on a higher level as a result. "It's no secret that I know Felipe Massa very, very well," he said. "I know him inside-out and I can tell you that he is a very, very good driver. He's been given the freedom of headspace here to do what he's paid to do and he's delivering."...
