Exclusive Ron Dennis Q&A: My biggest fear is failure

When Ron Dennis arrived at McLaren in late 1980 he found a team that was at a low-ebb and struggling to repeat past glories. They hadn’t won a Grand Prix since 1977 and had just gone a whole season without a podium finish. Fast forward to 2014 and the situation is not all that dissimilar.
