De Silvestro hails 'very special' debut

Making her F1 debut at the Fiorano race track on Saturday, Simona De Silvestro says she "was not too nervous" before putting in her first laps. Signing with Sauber earlier this season, the Swiss racer finally had her first taste of a F1 car on Saturday. The 25-year-old covered 112 laps of the Fiorano circuit in a two-year-old Sauber C31, which was without KERS and ran special tyres from Pirelli.
