Alonso expecting 'tough' Barcelona weekend

– Ferrari driver Fernando Alonso says he is expecting a "tough" Spanish Grand Prix weekend. Although the two-time World Champion was able to record his first podium finish of the season at the Shanghai circuit last time out, he has cast doubt over his chances of repeating that achievement on home soil. "We know it's going to be a tough weekend," he said. "If I tell you I will be fighting for the podium I will be lying. "We're not in a position we're happy with. We have some deficit to the top teams, especially Mercedes. We'll try to decrease that gap and get closer, but to do that we need to make bigger steps than the other teams." Alonso says...
