Ecclestone corruption trial may run through July

A German banker allegedly bribed by Bernie Ecclestone must return to a Munich court to give more testimony -- meaning the Formula One boss's corruption trial will run at least until the end of July. Ecclestone maintains that Gerhard Gribkowsky blackmailed him into a $44 million payment, but the banker told the court over three days of testimony the money was a bribe. After the end of testimony Wednesday, presiding Judge Peter Noll asked Gribkowsky to return to court on July 30, German news agency dpa reported.
