Raikkonen laments lack of opportunities
Kimi Raikkonen has admitted that he would relish the opportunity to take part in other forms of motor racing if it was possible to do so while he was a Formula One driver. The Finn is one of few current Formula One drivers that has experience of racing in multiple formats. He took a two-year break from F1 after the 2009 season and took part in the World Rally Championship as well as NASCAR Trucks. Raikkonen also tested the Koiranen GP GP3 car in August last year. Following the passing of three-time World Champion Sir Jack Brabham this week, Raikkonen revealed that he feels the drivers of today are missing out on the freedom the competitors of yesteryear had when it comes to racing outside...
