Alonso: Bit by bit, we are improving

Scuderia Ferrari Fernando Alonso maintains that Ferrari is gradually improving after the Spaniard finished the Monaco Grand Prix in fourth place. Alonso slipped to sixth at the start but profited from problems striking Sebastian Vettel and Kimi Raikkonen to move into fourth, eventually coming home 32 seconds behind race winner Nico Rosberg. The two-time world champion said that a problem at the start cost him the positions. "Finishing just off the podium was a good result, especially after a difficult start and the various incidents during the race," he said. "At the start, something in the motor didn’t work, but even if I’d had full power, there was no room to overtake....
