Hamilton: I am going to keep my head up

– Lewis Hamilton says he will keep his head up and keep pushing in the wake of a difficult weekend in Monaco.Hamilton may have finished second, but he remained convinced that his Mercedes team-mate Nico Rosberg had taken pole position the previous day by dubious means, purposely going off at Mirabeau to bring out the yellow flags.
