Felipe Massa admitted that he didn't find last week's Monaco Grand Prix as difficult as he initially expected. The Brazilian predicted in the lead-up to the race in the Principality that he expects it to be the "toughest race of the season" when the rise in engine torque and lower levels of downforce are taken into account. After a couple of minor crashes occurred during practice and Daniil Kvyat's collision with the barrier during qualifying, it seemed Massa's prediction might come to fruition.
