Lowdon pleased with Marussia progress

Marussia Sporting Director Graeme Lowdon believes last week's historic result in Monaco is just the start of a strong run for the Banbury team. Jules Bianchi finished in ninth place in the Principality last week to earn Marussia its first points since entering Formula One in 2010 under the Virgin Racing banner. While Bianchi's result was assisted by the number of front runners that retired during the race on the streets of Monte Carlo, Marussia has made significant progress with the car in recent weeks and is confident that more points can be scored this year.
