Tost admits Sainz on course for Toro Rosso seat

Rally legend Carlos Sainz with son Carlos Sainz Junior Highly rated Carlos Sainz junior is well on the road to Formula 1, after Daniil Kvyat made his impressive Formula 1 debut in 2014, 19-year-old Sainz is now the cream of Red Bull's junior driver programme. The young Spaniard is expected to step up to Formula 1 with Toro Rosso next year. But Sainz's father, the rallying legend, who is in Montreal this weekend, told the Spanish sports daily AS: 'There's no hurry — the later the better.
