Red bull announce new agreement with Newey

Red Bull have put an end to speculation over designer Adrian Newey’s future with the team by confirming they have extended their relationship with a new multi-year agreement. However, Newey’s brief is set to expand beyond Formula One racing.“As part of this new agreement, Adrian will work on new Red Bull Technology projects, as well as advising and mentoring Infiniti Red Bull Racing as it develops its Formula One cars over the next few seasons,” read a Red Bull statement. “The details of the new projects will be announced in due course.” Newey, widely regarded as among the most talented designers in F1 history, joined Red Bull at the beginning of the...
