No changes to Friday practices

A proposal to shorten Friday practices to just one session next season have been dropped while there could be changes to the testing regulations. Last time out in Canada, there was talk of Formula 1 shortening Fridays from two practice session to just one that would be held late in the day. The plan was aimed at reducing costs as it meant the teams could arrive later, saving them a lot of money in hotel bills and such. That plan, though, was shot down during a meeting of the F1 Commission.
