Rosberg and Hamilton fastest in practice

The Mercedes duo Nico Rosberg and Lewis Hamilton finished one-two in Friday's first practice session for Sunday's Austrian Grand Prix. The world championship leader Rosberg was quickest on the Red Bull Ring with a time of 1 minute 11.295 seconds while Hamilton - currently second in the standings - was 0.311 seconds slower than his teammate. The Mercedes team is hoping to bounce back after the Canadian Grand Prix - the first race they did not win, as Rosberg was second and Hamilton failed to finish due to technical problems.
