Alonso pleased with Ferrari upgrades after Austria qualifying

Fernando Alonso says he is pleased with the improvements made to the Ferrari F14 T in Austria, after qualifying in fourth place for tomorrow's race at the Red Bull Ring. The Spaniard benefited from a spin for Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton, who looked set to challenge for pole position, and put in a strong lap to secure a place on the second row of the grid. 'Definitely it was not a normal qualifying, of which we took advantage,' he said. 'It is not normal to see Hamilton behind us or Mercedes.'
