After qualifying for tomorrow's Austrian Grand Prix – on Red Bull's home track – in 12th place, Sebastian Vettel has admitted that he was not quick enough to make it through to the top 10 shoot-out. The German driver was eliminated in the second session and originally set the 13th fastest time, but he moves up one position due to the five-place grid penalty for Sergio Perez.
