Ecclestone: 'If a team can't afford it then get out'

Bernie Ecclestone wouldn't be concerned if one or more teams folded resulting in a smaller grid, believing they shouldn't be in the sport if they can't afford it. The billionaire expressed his views on a number of topics, but was most passionate about the proposals to reduce spending in the sport, something he doesn't believe to be necessary as it will weed out the weaker teams.
