Horner – Lessons to be learnt from successful return of Austrian GP

Red Bull team boss Christian Horner believes that Formula 1 promoters can learn lessons from the success of last weekend’s Austrian Grand Prix, after the event impressed on its return to the calendar. Horner highlighted the party atmosphere of the event, as well as affordable tickets which led to a sell-out crowd, as examples that other promoters should take notice of if they wish to repeat the success of the Red Bull Ring’s first F1 race. “I think the return of this race has been fantastic,” he said. “I think it’s a great example for all the promoters as to what can be done over a Grand Prix weekend. “There’s been a real carnival and festival atmosphere here this weekend,...
