Chilton: visualisation helps me improve

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   SILVERSTONE, 3rd July 2014 (F1 Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Ahead of his home race, Max Chilton said that visualisation is a technique he's been using recently to improve himself as a driver. Visualisation is imagining you are driving round the circuit and Chilton says it helps him prepare for a race. “I find visualisation really helps.” he said when asked about what was helping him make a difference and out-qualify his teammate recently.
