McLaren deny Button exit
McLaren have refuted claims that Jenson Button won't be offered a new contract for next season. On Saturday, Spanish daily Marca reported that McLaren CEO Ron Dennis has told Button that his contract "will not be renewed." The newspaper added that "it is not official, but it will be soon." McLaren, though, have denied that a decision about Button's future has been made. A team spokesman has told Pitpass that the Marca story is "complete and utter rubbish." Button, who finished fourth in Sunday's British GP, has made it clear that he wants to stay on at McLaren in 2015, which would be his sixth season with the Woking team.
