Mattiacci defensive over Ferrari changes

Marco Mattiacci says Ferrari doesn't need to make public any changes that happen at the team as it looks to rebuild for 2015. Ferrari has been unable to match Mercedes under the new regulations in 2014, with Red Bull also pulling clear in second place in the constructors' championship.
