Caterham Sign Berthon to Development Driver Programme

The Caterham F1 Team have announced a new Development Driver Programme aimed to prepare drivers for Formula 1, and the team have confirmed that current GP2 Series driver Nathanael Berthon as the first member. The aim of the Programme is to give young drivers the opportunity to be involved in the Teams’ on and off track operations, and will give those drivers a first hand view of what is required of an F1 driver. New CEO of Caterham F1, Dutchman Christijan Albers, was happy to announce Berthon as the first member of the Programme, and is looking forward to assisting his continued development as a racing driver.
