– Charles Pic says a future move to 18-inch tyres would cause a headache for teams and drivers.The Lotus third driver completed 14 laps with Pirelli's experimental low profile rubber on the final morning of the post-British Grand Prix test at Silverstone to help the Italian manufacturer gather data.Although 2017 has been earmarked as a potential year for change, Pirelli claims that it would be ready to supply larger wheels a season earlier."If we go with this type of tyre one day, it will be a big challenge," Pic explained to the gathered media, including GPUpdate.net."For teams it will be a challenge because they will have to build a completely new car around it...
