Pastor to remain at Lotus in 2015

Lotus team principal Gerard Lopez has revealed that Pastor Maldonado will remain with the team next season. The Venezuelan, and his major financial backer PDVSA, joined the Enstone squad from Williams at the start of this campaign, but it has been troubled one for both driver and team. Maldonado, who won the Spanish GP back in 2012, is yet to score any points while he has also failed to see the chequered flag in four races. However, he will get another season to show what he is capable of as he will remain with Lotus next year.
