Mercedes AMG Petronas Mercedes Motorsport boss Toto Wolff says preliminary talks have begun with Lewis Hamilton over a new long-term contract. Hamilton joined Mercedes at the start of 2013 and still has 18 months left on his current deal. Team-mate Nico Rosberg, whose contract was set to expire at the end of 2014, signed a new multi-year deal last week, which is set to tie him to Mercedes until the end of 2016.
