Alonso: Fifth much better than expected

Fernando Alonso says fifth place in today's Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying is much better than he expected prior to the session. The Spaniard comfortably made it through to the top 10 shoot-out, which was interrupted by a red flag thanks to an early rain shower. He managed to secure a top five position on the grid, but felt there was room for improvement. However, he does not believe a higher grid position was possible.
