'Free opportunity' for Rosberg as Hamilton to start from pit lane

Lewis Hamilton will start the Hungarian Grand Prix from the pit lane after the fire that engulfed his Mercedes during qualifying on Saturday necessitated a chassis, engine and gearbox change.
