Mercedes apologises to Hamilton for fire

– Mercedes has apologised to Lewis Hamilton after he suffered another technical problem during Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying.The Briton, who crashed out of qualifying at the previous Hockenheim round due to a brake disc failure, stopped his car in the opening minutes of Q1 at the Hungaroring when a fuel leak led to a fire.He had been due to line up in 21st position, but a chassis change will see him start from the pit lane, along with McLaren's Kevin Magnussen."I was devastated for Lewis," said Mercedes team boss Toto Wolff."The team has been working so hard to deliver the best possible car for both drivers so it is upsetting to see him suffer another problem in...
