Axed Caterham staff hit back at team

The legal battle between Caterham and a number of former employees continues to be played out in public as the lawyers representing the axed staff hit back at a team statement. It was announced on Monday that up to 40 former employees were commencing legal action and would be seeking compensation from the team following the takeover of Caterham by a consortium of Swiss and Middle Eastern investors advised by Colin Kolles.
