Axed Caterham staff hit back at former team
+ The group of axed Caterham staff has hit back at a statement released by their former team on Tuesday with a statement of its own.
The group of former staff, who were released by Caterham ahead of the German Grand Prix following the team’s takeover by a group of Swiss and Middle Eastern investors, announced their intention on Monday to press for legal proceedings against the Caterham F1 Team for what they deem unfair dismissal.
Caterham responded to the lawsuit on Tuesday with a countersuit of its own, a move that has prompted a further statement from the legal representatives of the group of axed staff, which reads:
