Williams can be runners-up in 2014, says Smedley

Rob Smedley says Williams Martini Racing should still be striving for second in the 2014 Formula 1 Constructors' standings, despite slipping 84 points adrift off Red Bull Racing in the overall reckoning. Having peaked in third place overall following the German Grand Prix, Williams currently holds down fourth position in the constructors' standings, the rejuvenated British team just seven points adrift of third place Ferrari.
