Horner surprised by Mercedes stance

Christian Horner says he was surprised Mercedes changed its stance and opted to use team orders in the Hungarian Grand Prix. With Lewis Hamilton being told to allow Nico Rosberg past during the race, Hamilton declined to do so and went on to finish ahead of his team-mate.
