Belief restored at Williams, says Symonds

– Williams Chief Technical Officer Pat Symonds says there is new-found belief at the team this season.Symonds has been part of a transformation since arriving last July, aiding the outfit's rise from five points and ninth in the 2013 standings to a pole position, three podiums and fourth (135 points) half way through 2014."It was incredible.
