Fittipaldi dynasty continues with Pietro on path to F1

Emerson Fittipaldi with Pietro Max Verstappen, the son of Formula 1 podium-sitter Jos who has joined Red Bull‘s famous driver programme, is not the only familiar name treading a path to the Grand Prix grid. Pietro Fittipaldi, 18, is the Miami-born grandson of Brazil's double world champion Emerson Fittipaldi, son of  Juliana Fittipaldi with Carlos da Cruz. He recently left the United States, where he competed in the  Nascar Late Model feeder series, for Europe to climb the single seater ladder to Formula 1.
