Vergne: I still have a lot to show in Formula 1

Jean-Eric Vergne has taken the news that he will not be retained by Scuderia Toro Rosso for 2015 in his stride, and is now focusing on using his final eight races with the team to prove that he is worthy of a seat on the grid. The Italian team confirmed yesterday that 16-year-old Max Verstappen will be joining Daniil Kvyat for 2015, meaning that the Dutchman will become the youngest driver to ever start a grand prix in Australia next March. However, it also means that Vergne will be dropped after three years with the team, but he has kept his head up and sent out a positive tweet from his account earlier today.
