'Chilton gave up seat for team to sell'

– Max Chilton's management company has issued a statement on behalf of the Briton claiming that he voluntarily gave up his cockpit for the Belgian Grand Prix to allow Marussia to raise funds by "selling" it on.Marussia announced earlier on Thursday that reserve driver Alexander Rossi, who switched from Caterham last month, is to take over Chilton's car for the Spa-Francorchamps weekend, partnering Jules Bianchi.Marussia claimed that "contractual issues" were behind the move, but Chilton's statement suggests otherwise."Max Chilton has volunteered to step out of his race seat for this weekend's race at Spa to allow the team to attract much-needed funds by...
