Chilton expecting to return at Monza

Marussia F1 Team Max Chilton is expecting the issue surrounding his contract to be resolved before the Italian Grand Prix next month, after it was announced that the Brit would be replaced by reserve driver Alexander Rossi for this weekend's Belgian Grand Prix. Marussia announced on Thursday afternoon that Rossi will make his Formula 1 debut in place of Chilton this weekend due to 'contractual issues' with their regular driver. Chilton released a statement following the news that confirmed his decision to step aside was voluntary and that he hopes to return at Monza.
