Lewis Hamilton said he was encouraged by the improvements he made between FP1 and FP2 after setting the fastest time of second practice for the Belgian Grand Prix. Nico Rosberg was less than 0.1s quicker than Hamilton during the first session, but Hamilton responded to go 0.6s clear of his team-mate in the afternoon.
