'I just made quite a few mistakes' - Raikkonen

Sutton Images Enlarge Kimi Raikkonen admitted his own errors were to blame for his disappointing grid position at the Belgian Grand Prix. Raikkonen will start from eighth on the grid after qualifying nearly a second off the pace of team-mate Fernando Alonso. Raikkonen has struggled to match Alonso all season, but in Spa-Francorchamps made no excuses for the size of the gap. "It was quite difficult conditions and I just made quite a few mistakes on the last lap," he said. "I was held up a bit on the outlap by other cars and maybe that affected a bit the way I wanted to start the whole lap and get the tyres ready. But I just made some mistakes and didn't get a very good lap...
