Vergne's qualifying hampered by exhaust issue

style="margin: 0px; font-family: Arial;">   SPA-FRANCORCHAMPS, August 23rd, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Jean-Eric Vergne had an exhaust issue in Q3 which meant he only had one shot at qualifying.    The Frenchman was unable to run at the beginning of the session because he had an exhaust problem.
