Mercedes AMG Petronas Mercedes and brake supplier Brembo has revealed that the quality of the brakes was not a contributing factor in Lewis Hamilton's qualifying crash at July's German Grand Prix. Hamilton crashed out of the session due to a brake issue and started from the back of the grid, from which he recovered to third place.
