Are Red Bull really building their own F1 engine?

Together Red Bull and Renault have won eight F1 world titles in four years but 2014 has been below par World champion team Red Bull are either getting deeply involved with the improvement of engine partner Renault's Formula 1 V6 turbo power unit project or in the process of building their own engine in-house. Deeply frustrated with the French marque's start to the new turbo era, Red Bull forced a restructuring at Renault, involving the return of boss Cyril Abiteboul.
