Ferrari calls for engine freeze rethink to increase competition

+ Ferrari wants to see the in-season restriction on power unit development relaxed in order to close the performance between the three current engine manufacturers. While changes to engine mapping and software are allowed in-season, once homologated ahead of the season engine manufacturers may only tweak their power units mechanically during the year for reliability reasons, safety concerns, or to lower costs.
