Former Caterham employees begin legal action

August 29th, 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Former Caterham F1 Team employees have begun legal action against the team for unfair dismissal. Following Caterham’s change in ownership in June, over 40 members of staff were let go. At the end of July a group of former employees announced that they would take legal action against the team. Today a statement was released on behalf of the group confirming that 38 ex-Caterham employees are beginning legal proceedings against the Leafield based team.
