Haas confirms F1 partnership with Ferrari

Gene Haas has finally confirmed the signing of a multi-year partnership with Scuderia Ferrari, ensuring a supply of its power unit and gearbox as of its F1 entry in 2016, along with additional technical support. Making use of the regulations that allow teams to buy nearly every part of a car, except for the chassis and the car's bodywork, Haas believes making a deal with F1's most experienced team will ensure its competitiveness from the very beginning of its F1 endeavor.
