Jones confirmed as Singapore steward
– Former World Champion Alan Jones will act as the FIA's driver steward at the Singapore Grand Prix.Jones, who claimed his sole title with Williams during the 1980 campaign, is carrying out the role for the fifth time, making his first appearance at the 2010 Korean Grand Prix and most recently at last year's Spanish Grand Prix.Jones raced for Hesketh, Hill, Surtees, Shadow, the aforementioned Williams, Arrows and Haas Lola in Formula 1, making 116 starts.
