Lotus duo lacked full power during qualifying

dir="ltr" style="line-height:1.15;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;">   September 20th 2014 (F1Plus / Rosie Baillie) - Romain Grosjean and Pastor Maldonado both suffered issues during qualifying for the Singapore Grand Prix which meant they were unable to run with full power. The Lotus pair showed some promise during Friday’s running but they both suffered an issue relating to the turbo wastegate and couldn’t run at full power during qualifying.
